Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
What to have ready
Two weeks of a diary if you have one, the record of which preventives you have tried with dose and duration, and any imaging and prior letters. If you have none of that, come anyway — the history and examination are the workup. The full list.

Tell us roughly how many days a month it happens and how many days you take something for it. Those are the two numbers that decide what we can offer, and having them in front of us before you arrive saves a visit.

Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly.
Can I text the clinic?
Yes, at (314) 886-5902, for appointment and account matters. Do not use text for anything urgent and do not send clinical detail you would not want in a text message.
Will you write to my other doctors?
We do, and we prefer it. Headache care works better when neurology and pain medicine are reading the same notes — why the two roles are complementary.
